The folks from RetroZone have released a new homebrew title for the NES, Study Hall by KHAN Games.  The game has rather interesting graphical style but it does boast some pretty impressive sound. Don't believe me?  Check out the video below.  From the RetroZone site:

[font=georgia:dkfxjiir]KHAN Games' newest offering is here, and the critics agree, Study Hall is a charming puzzle game that fits right at home with the arcade classics of yesteryear.

So simple in design, yet so rich in depth, Study Hall will make you smile, laugh, scream, and cry. Loaded with an '80s soundtrack that will take you straight back to your glory-days of youth, Study Hall tickles you in all the right spots, with enough depth to satisfy even the most dedicated classic fans.

That is really cool, I like that a lot! Shame it's only on NES though  :20:

I must say that the music on this is truly impressive.  Hard to believe it is on the NES!

That is incredibly cool! Love the look of it and the music, just hope the artists whose music they are using don't find out about it  :32: Better order a copy soon just in case!

I just did.  :)  You can also get a box and manual but not from RetroZone.  That comes from Wal'R Us Games.  Here is what it looks like...

I just saw that! I've never heard of a different company doing the packaging but it's a cool idea. Also see that Wal'R Us has a bunch of reproduction and new stuff on their site. Bookmarked for later!

Yes, it happens with some NES releases.  They do have boxes for other systems as well and CIB games and repros for multiple systems.
