I have many of these games (is anyone surprised?).  The only problem is that some of these PC games can't be played on Windows 7.  I'm setting up a virtual PC with Windows 98 so I can play some of them!  LOL  Elite Force is one of my favorites.  Another favorite of mine is Star Trek Borg, which uses video like Starfleet Academy.  :)

I think the only Star Trek games I've played are:

Elite Force - liked it
DS9: Crossroads of Time - not so much

I bought DS9: The Fallen recently. Just waiting for it to arrive. Will hopefully get round to playing Klingon Honour Guard later this year as well.

DS9: The Fallen is a good game.  You should enjoy it.  Elite Force also had a sequel, Elite Force II, that was very well done.

I know the arcade version was mentioned in this video but I absolutely love the Atari 8-bit version of Star Trek:

But my personal favourite Star Trek game is on the Wii, not retro I know but needs to be mentioned:

Another fun video game based on Star Trek was the DOS game:  Star Trek Pinball.

Interesting, I never knew they did any Star Trek pinball games.

TrekMD

Oh yes, there are several and there are a number of actual pinball machines as well.  :)  Here is the table from Pinball Arcade...

Dont know how well it plays. The Next Gen one is meant to be one of the best but its not one of my faves. (Played a real on a few times and the pinball arcade one a number of times).

TrekMD

Cool, looks like it is based on Star Trek The Motion Picture.  :)

Yeah, I remember the game for the Atari ST.

Here's the famous PD game by Tobias Richter for the Amiga (skip to about 2:50 to see it begin):-

Star Trek Game AMIGA OCS 1989)(Agatron)(PD)[h Blitterchips](Disk 1 of 2) adf

I also have just found a shoot 'em up game made using SEUCK(Shoot 'Em Up Construction Kit) for the Amiga :-

Let's Play... Star Trek [Amiga]
