Missing In Action - Atari 7800

Many of the Atari fans here will know about Missing In Action, an unreleased Atari 7800 game starring none other than Chuck Norris that was found in prototype form a few years ago.

A lot of people wish that this side scrolling action game had been completed. Well I was chatting with the programmer Chuck Peavey tonight and he had this to say:

I have a later version of the rom in a box somewhere. I need to look for it. The version everyone is playing is missing a few things. I was about a week from the final version when the company shut the project down... Also, that was one of the first games where a programmer and artist collaborated rather than one programmer doing everything!

Oh wow!  A week from completion when it was cancelled!  I really hope he can find that ROM and that he is able to share it!

And it actually looks like Chuck Norris too, looks like a deadly little scrolling beater, hope the guy can locate it, hopefully make it first for RVG to have helped retrieve a lost game
