A dead pi for grabs
« on: September 09, 2013, 13:13:54 PM »
Bugger i just fried my pi. Without realizing i snapped an SD card out of the SD card reader and damaged the SD card reader beyond repair.

I have desoldered the SD card reader but can't find a replacement. Anyone have use for the pi in its state?

No way to solder directly, or via short leads, once you have an image on the card?

Perfect time to practice, if it's already broken what can you lose by trying?
