Although the seller has invited offers and there are a couple of games that fetch fairly high prices, I'm not 100% convinced that the buy it now price should be so high especially since the two more expensive games (Death and Return of Superman and TMNT: Hyperstone Heist) are missing manuals.

I know prices are steadily rising for speccy games but this one takes the biscuit. Would you pay that amount for a bundle of games that may not even load?

That seems like quite a few games but I have no idea of what pricing for the Speccy games has been like.

Well about four months ago I bought a bundle of 100 Speccy games off e-Bay for £27 including postage which was a good deal but even so, I normally have only had to pay about that price for bundles of the size that he is selling. And with better games to be honest.
