That's the best place for them!  <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/cheesy.gif" alt=":D" title="Cheesy" />
Never liked those 8-way discs.

Actually, they are 16 way discs!

So, what do new generations think of the Intellivision?  Check out this video of a kid reviewing the Intellivision II console...

I guess having a kid review the Intellivision didn't draw much interest.  How about this video from the Top Hat Gaming Man about the Intellivision?

Video brings up a good point about Sears and Radio Shack systems.  Unthinkable now for Sears to make a version of the Playstation 4 or Xbox One but in the early 1980's it was common practice.

TrekMD

Yeah, can you imagine the Sears Super Duper Video Game Console (their branded PS4)?!

Lol. That is a good name. I would probably buy one. ;D

Just watched this video looking at the artwork of Intellivision boxes.  Atari always had great box art, and Mattel must have decided to do the same thing.  Have a look...

Happy 40th Anniversary, Intellivision!  This original never-before-seen Intellivision promotional video from 1978 has never been released to the general public.  Intellivision Productions pulled it out of their archives to share with everyone on they system's 40th Anniversary.  This was filmed a year before the official launch and there are some images and information in the video that are different from what ended up coming out.  Can you pick them all out?

Here's a nice video from Player One Start showcasing what they consider 10 essential games for the Mattel Intellivision.

There are a number of games for the Intellivision that were not released back in the day.  Some have been found and released, others have been recreated as homebrew titles.  Check out this video looking at those game...
