Superb stuff mate! I really need to read this properly later on!  :111:

DreamcastRIP

Amazing to think that Sega released this approximately four and a half years before Nintendo managed to launch the Satellaview for the SNES.

DreamcastRIP

I don't know about the USA but back in those days here in the UK we were generally saddled with having to pay by the minute for modem access using a home phoneline. Even when the Dreamcast launched here in October 1999 most in the UK were being charged by the minute by British Telecom to go online. Needless to say this led to some insanely expensive phone bills for those who owned the likes of Phantasy Star Online!

Great information. Now, where is Beavis?

This would be awesome for some homebrew stuff. Great info! It's amazing to see how far sega was ahead of the curve, even if it wasn't executed properly. Imagine what this could have done to gaming in the early 90's.
