With the increased interest in Retro Gaming, i wondered if anyone here attends any of the many events held not ok in the UK but the USA and the rest of the world?

Apart from The Future Entertainment Show that was about in the 90's the only other one I've attended was Retro Computer Museum Retro Gaming Weekend at Snibson Discovery Park in Leicestershire.  Next one is in April:

Well unfortunity they don't hold anything like this over here In Ireland, which is a crying shame, since Atari's European HQ was set up over here, you'd of though Atari Mania would of struck, but alias NO.. :(, it's like everyone has forgotten there gaming roots over here and moved on to facebook and mobile tech, completely missing the boat this one..

i keep missing out on these. the one in blackpool looked great,
but was a bit too far for me. must make better  efforts next year.
