BBC Master Sideways RAM switch

Sideways RAM/ROM, I always forget which it is. Anyway... I have a couple of demo's that have to be run from floppy disk because all the sideways ram needs to be free. At other times, I want it enabled as I have the TurboMMC ROM in one of the sockets. You can disable/enable it by changing a jumper - but that means opening the case and switching it, which is a bit of a hassle.

This mod is really simple, just solder 3 wires from the jumper points to an SPDT switch and that's it. The hardest thing about this is where to put the switch. The backplate on the BBC Master is made of metal and took a while to drill through.

I also stuck a reminder on the top because my short term memory doesn't work  :P

What did you do about the battery which goes dead in your BBC?
Mine has got a mod using 2 AA batteries which will probably need replacing by now. ???
