Quote from: "Minerals"Freaking awesome, good roster and easy to play, once i downloaded the 48 page english instructions  :P

Will never understand why they didn't release the Fire Pro games outside of Japan.

not quite proper retro, but I've been playing Gridrunner by Jeff Minter on my phone.

Spawn of Evil from dk Tronics (ZX Spectrum - emulated).  I love the way that you trail across space hunting down aliens.  There is very little sound which adds to the atmosphere.  The aim is to kill the aliens in their early stages of development before they develop into green blobs that can spit fire (or something) at you.  Great game.

Oh, I have also been playing Brian Bloodaxe (Speccy as well) which is easily one of my favourite platform games.

DEADDOLL666

Not super retro but i've been playing Final fantasy 7 :)
Also sonic 2 alot lately

Played a lot of HAT TRICK HERO S on the Saturn yesterday, what an infuriating and addictive game that is!  :-

I didn't check actually, it has loads of different gameplay options. I will stick on again tomorrow and get back to you on that. It is very good though, although pretty hard. It has loads of characters and some really cool interactive backdrops.

Galaxy Force II is bloody amazing, already one of my favourite Saturn games.

marathon & durandal are shonky tosh on IOS. Assume there better on Mac with a mouse?

Mac gaming is really a big mystery to me, but my mate

Just had a blast over the Easter break playing Soul Blazer on the Snes. Really satisfying game. Next up Illusion of Time, followed by Terranigma.

Played a lot of Saturn Bomberman last night, which was ace...as always. Also played Speedball 2 on the Amiga for the first time, which made my arm ache a bit. Good game though.
