Passing Shot is my personal favourite, it's a conversion of a Sega arcade game.

Ubi Soft's Pro. Tennis Tour is very good too though.

I have played the Master System version of Andre Agassi, which is basically the exact same game, and it was pretty good.

I also have Mega Drive version of Pete Sampras and that is good too.
