See, i've read it's not quite as clear cut as that.Things like Alien Breed Team 17 still own, think Wings was another Amiga classic who's rights are owned elsewhere.so i'm curious to see which games do appear and in what way, if any enhanced.

Not overly taken by up coming version of Chaos Engine to be honest.

Plus, so many publishers now no more (psygnosis etc) or taken over by another publisher who in turn was taken over, plus are'nt likes of Gremlin already putting out Amiga games on iOs or is it just 8 Bit stuff? (i don't game on iOS so not clear).

Lucasarts are now Disney, Sensible Software now under Codemasters? Ubisoft already have Flashback HD coming, Team 17 Superfrog, Sony own's Lemmings? no idea who holds rights to Turrican, it's not Manfred M anymore...

Whole thing bit of a nightmare as to who owns what.

Yeah I have heard the same Amiga inc had licensing agreements rather than ownership of some of those games mentioned.
Own: Jaguar, Lynx, Dreamcast, Saturn, MegaDrive, MegaCD, 32X, GameGear, PS3, PS, PSP, Wii, GameCube, N64, DS, GBA, GBC, GBP, GB,  Xbox, 3DO, CDi,  WonderSwan, WonderSwan Colour NGPC

Could be good news to spread Amiga games further, atm only Blackberry as a portable platform have any official games, would be good to see ios and Android get them too.

License wise, I think as Zapiy said its just for the Amiga version not a remake or I.P ownership.
