Wanted to buy a MAME cab but don't think my misses would let me! Instead I have a iCade mini cab for my iPad, and hook up my laptop to my TV for ther emulation (or use the PS3 sometimes)
Maybe when my son flies the nest ill turn his room into a retro gaming heaven hmm

Apparently all you need is the module on the first picture to connect to a TV.  They sell the other stuff so you can have a more "realistic" arcade experience.
