I like the look of that. Too bad it didn't get an english release.

I take it it has not been translated by anyone?  Like some of the Sega Genesis/MD games?

Not sure, I'd never heard of the game before. Did a quick search and didn't find anything though.

So, it is possible it has not been translated.  Maybe someone will do it now that there is more awareness of the game.

Sad as it looks like a very good game.

It might have been a tough sell if it had been released in 1995. Everyone was going Donkey Country crazy. To come out as a download only in 1998, was a good thing but the N64 was the main Nintendo platform and seems odd to release even then.

Dusted off the Snes over Christmas and watched my friend beat The Mask. Finding Milo in each stage really makes the difference (it permanently increases your health points).

Haven't had anything posted here in a while but I think these two videos should wake things up for the SNES.  One is older but it is part one of the video posted yesterday looking at shooters for the SNES.

I think Mario Kart is the most popular game until now.

Saturn

Been playing Axelay all day. Can't get enough of this game! :113:

The guys from GameSack have done a review of the SNES.  Check it out...

Yeah, I watched this last night fantastic episode it really was, but nearly touched on the catalogue even after 45 mins of reviews etc, they'd need to do a second part on the SNES, sure I could suggest a list the length of a octopuses tentacle in games they hadn't covered :)

TrekMD

Yes, it was a nice video indeed.  I checked out some of the titles they show as the games look good (I really like that Knights of the Round) but all the ones I like are pretty expensive!  I guess it speaks to the strength of the console.

Been thinking about the Super Nintendo and some of the games lately. What really stands out after all these years is the boxes. Most of the artwork was amazing. Hard to pick up a modern day console game case and get the same feeling.

TrekMD

Well, there is something to be said about the game art of all those older games.  Certainly they tried to make our imaginations run wild and it worked well.  That worked because there were limitations with the graphics. Nowadays the games are almost picture perfect so the covers don't need to have the same effect.

Very true and there is so much more access to information now. In the Super Nintendo days it was word of mouth, magazines and display cases to entice you.
