I have actually played that and it's excellent, I wish it had come out on the Mega Drive

I fired up my SNES earlier today and actually played Earthworm Jim 2, I didn't make it very far 
I also have Super Empire Strikes Back and it's another one that I agree is way too difficult!

that's a good video and an accurate list for games that people actually bought and played. I'm sure there are tougher games on SNES, but they are games nobody even wants to play for being so bad. At least the games in that video are kinda fun for awhile until steam starts shooting out of your ears from frustration.

The really funny thing is he's talking about how hard those games are, but the videos reveal a master at work in every game, with not a single death recorded anywhere!

My list would have added Sim Earth.

Ys all games mentioned there were extreme in gameplay and really separated the boys from the men, I remember at near boiling point smashing the joypad of the wall over Super Empire Strikes Back and that Dagobah stage..arrrggghh..
