Yeah it's totally over the top, that goes without saying.

Rogue Trooper

GBC version 2/5 at review in Arcade:

Nasty slowdown+imprecise controls seem to spoil it.

Rogue Trooper

Few more press scores on the game:

Gamezone's Massive gave the sequel (Paperboy 2, lol)on Game Boy 50% saying Paperboy simply did'nt transfer well to the small screen, as you just could'nt see enough of what was going on (cars appear from someplace off screen, hard to tell who's houses to deliver to etc).

Zero gave the original Paperboy on Gameboy 87% and 72% on the Lynx-reviewer thought game worked well on the Spectrum, but failed to enlighten any other machine.

GO!, this time reviewing Game Gear version:

Overall 83% (look and feel both getting 8's, sound and value both getting 7's)

Well what Massive said about that GB version is exactly how I felt about the GG version. The sprites are far too big and take up far too much of screen making it incredibly frustrating to play as stuff comes out of nowhere.

Rogue Trooper
