Sega really did make some classic adverts over the years.

Great stuff. I'd imagine just mentioning a the competitors name would get a company sued these days. Sega really took it to Nintendo back then though.

Anyone who lived in the UK will remember the classic Pirate TV adverts that Sega did, this guy made a great compilation of them:

Not an advert as such, but can anyone remember the cover tape that came with C+VG that had a song about the Master System on it? The fledgeling MD got an honourable mention on there too...

I remember part of the starting verse..

Can't see the images, DC.Â If I try to open the images in a separate tab I get an error message.

If you're referring to the two pics I posted in the most recent post (?) then they're the Master System and SG-1000 adverts to the left of screen on this page -
