Yeah, how? Cos video recording on a Spectrum is just awesome, I didn't think the Z80 would run fast enough to do it?

There's a program (in the bottom link) you can get that converts the video files. You then use a DivIDE interface to play them on the Spectrum. As for the recording, I used a DVD recorder.

I want to try this too, did you need to compile any software on your computer to do this? I have followed the link and it looks that way, also do you save the 'movie' on the CF card as a tap file?
