I have sent a message via Facebook and will update you when I have an answer.

Thier website is still open for business if anyone needs some protective cases (excellent product) here and cost just over a pound each in the UK with free postage.

Update:

Having messaged Nick via his site sentinel64.com and via Facebook, I was very disappointed that he had not replied. I had ordered some 35 cases which had gone awry. I sent a final message informing him I would make a claim via PayPal and he replied and said he would check in here. To his credit, Nick reposted my order which, arrived a day or so later. Just one of those things that the original order never arrived.

I was hoping he would have posted here by now but I guess he is too busy. I will say however, that no matter how busy a person/company is, not answering messages is a big no-no. I still await the answer to my question regarding the Atari CD boxes.

Additionally, I recently got an information email from Sentinel64 stating prices had been reduced. These are good quality protectors and I will give them the benefit of the doubt, but ask that they be more proactive and consider the customer when promoting the company via a gaming site as reputation is everything for a small business.

Thanks for the update.  You are right that lack of communication is usually a problem because the customer is left guessing what's happening.
