The one and only Philips CD-i boxing game - Caesar's World Of Boxing

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_eOQzDofOz4

This is basically the same game as Evander Holyfield Real Deal on the Mega Drive but with a load of FMV tacked on.

And here is the one game I was able to find for the Sega 32X!

Browsing very  8-Bit magazines, saw review and mag advert for:

'Boxing Knockout' by Alligata on C64+Speccy.

Never heard of it before myself, ring any bells to anyone on here?

Took a snapshot onto a memory stick which i'll be sending to Laird in the future.

And another:

'3D Boxing' (Amstrad CPC) By James Software.

Whilst it used the speech synth device for the CPC, it featured crude+jerky graphics, was boring and easy to complete claims reviewer.

Rogue Trooper

Crash mag.Nov'84 (again), advert for  Silicon Joy (looks like a 'Kevin Toms' buisness as he's there promoting the games), anywho, for 48K Spectrum we have:

'Boxing'-A 2 or more player Boxing game in which you fight your opponents with excellent on screen fight action acording to Tom.

By 'excellent' talking side on view, big sprites, but pink background?, bit hard on the eyes.

Rogue Trooper

Linel's The Champ been mentioned? ST/Amiga/C64/Speccy/CPC.

Advertising blurb said it was a TILT HIT in France, Smash Gold medal in Germany, had originnal Rocky theme tune.

Rogue Trooper

C+VG gave it a 'Red Dot Rating' of 90%
