Nice collection

No more than the other models as far as i'm aware. One of my other normal xboxes had the same problem as yours. I've taken it apart, checked everything and cleaned the disc tray runners. This helped although the problem is still there it only gets stuck every now and again rather than all the time.

If it's any consolation the Xbox Crystal didn't have any of the leads or controllers and it also needed a repair to the start and DVD drawer buttons as both of them were jammed in causing the dvd drawer not to open and the Xbox to randomly switch itself off. All repaired now though.

Ok, making guitars from old broken stuff is old hat and it's a shame that the C64 died but at the same time it's absolute genius to make a bass guitar into a synth by running the sound through the Sid chip.  That C64 didn't die in vain.

My favorites are exactly the same as 108stars list but i have a few more which I would add on.

1) Alex Kid series - All play slightly different but absolutely loved Alex kid in Hi Tec World
2) Aztec Adventure - walk around cutesy hack and bash where you pay peasant animals to die for you
3) Kenseiden - Beautiful Japanese Samirai demon killer platformer.
4) Ys the Vanished Omens - An action RPG with a collision based attack system.
5) Dragon Crystal - Master system port of Fatal Labyrinth
6) Golvelluis:Valley of doom - Zelda like RPG
7) Fantasy Zone - Bright, colourful, twee shoot 'em up
8 ) Zillion - Fantastic Puzzle maze shooter
9) Spellcaster - A great little action RPG
10) Psycho Fox - Brilliant platformer which i'm pretty sure was the fore runner to Decap Attack on the Megadrive.

So many great games to put on the list. These are some of my personal favorites in no order of preference.

1) Resident Evil Series - So much more atmospheric than the modern RE games
2) Doom & Final Doom - Epic run and gun gaming with added BFG
3) Worms - Fun with banana bombs
4) Hogs of War - like worms but in 3D with pigs, tanks, minefields, Bunkers and Rik Mayall
5) Tomb Raider series - I know she has become a bit old hat now but the first 3 games were great
6) Duke Nukem series - If you haven't played Duke Nukem 3D yet.....Why? Time to kill was a bit like Tomb Raider with smutty humor but the third installment, Land of the Babes, was a bit Meh!
7) Jumping Flash - Jump a giant robot rabbit around a fully 3d environment while shooting nasties.
