Wow, this looks awesome, I only can imagine how much work this was!! You really should consider releasing them as books in English, the Spectrum community is still huge. Never thought about a Kickstarter campaign?

General Retro Chat / Re: Super Console X Cube

It's just a Super Console X in a "NES" case, it's not even the Pro or Max model, comes with an older chip and probably an old EmuElec version.

I have the Kinhank Super Console X Max, at least it has an s905X3 chip and it comes pre-installed with EmuElec 4.2, plus has Android 9.0 if you wanna use it as multimedia device. It's a bit more expensive but can at least play more systems properly, although it's also still struggling with harder to emulate platforms.

The most powerful of these devices at the moment is the Beelink GT King Pro but is also a bit more expensive.

Ha, for me it was just the opposite. Me and my friend at that time went to the fair arcades, and when we saw it the first time there, was that around 83, we were amazed. So we started putting all our coins into that machine, until eventually we knew the whole game by heart.

In the end we managed to get to the end with only 1 life, played through the last stage with the dragon and when you're supposed to hit the button to kill the dragon, we let ourselves die, thus had to restart the end boss level again, and finally only killed it with the last life, that way you got max points. I think you got 5 lives in total.

We even played the game at "home", someone said one level and we made the joystick movements, was just for training, we were quite crazy at that time ;D

We did the same with Space Ace.

As far as I can remember the game was also double the coin price of the other arcade games.

OMG, is it already that long that I have it!!! Really didn't touch it anymore at all. It's like with all those toys, once you have them all set up, they just collect dust :D Got so much other stuff, so this got a bit forgotten I guess.

Would you say the Stadia is worth buying as a gaming console, if you have basically everything else to play on? Or is it just for collecting?

Maybe the founder edition doesn't sell out because the white edition looks nicer?

I am not sure how I feel about some of the newer releases, feels a bit like a cash cow now.

Anyone else see my point?
I thought that already from the beginning on.

Looks very cool, unfortunately I’m on iPad atm, and that doesn’t seem to work with the controls. Would be nice to add them to LaunchBox if possible, gonna check it out once back from holiday.

It was released when the console came out, and it looked amazing, but the gameplay is indeed quite bad, and the short story mode is ridiculous.

Those AtariAge boxes look quite awesome, I especially like the Robot City one.

Do you mean the Philips Videopac Computer G7000? That is the Magnavox Odyssey 2, not the original though.

Hm, don't know, would expect something else from an Amiga game.
