Hi,

I don't know why this hardware is the reason he left. Skunkboard has been around sometime and its a good thing someone does a rerun for a decent price.

Did rush invest lots of $$$ to make some boards that people ordered and not wanted anymore ? Would be strange ... I thought he was reusing old carts with a new rom on it ofcourse he should have some costs but I can't imagine he has more the 200 boards ordered like the people who build the skunkboard.

The bjl solution is nice, but bjl is little outdated and didn't work very well for some people like me, thats why I got and Alpine and later skunk. I had lots of transmission faults on bjl so loading some code needed to be done 3 to 4 times before it did work. I had this with code bigger then 1MB

But can you post a picture of the cartridge and inside of the cartridge ?

I don't want to be in between any fights but I don't understand why this is happening I didn't see a reason to leave a forum like this.

Hope Rush still will be having a good time with his Jaguar...

Hi,

I got myself a deal on a HP T5730 it will arrive today, great tip never tought of that as dev pc, my old laptop did burnout so I was looking for a small replacement.

When people are interested I can check if this person has some more to sell, it did cost me 45 euro so seems reasonable but I didn't need a keyboad/mouse have some laying around here.

Hi,

I know what you mean, but why not make a re-run of the skunkboard 3 last time I saw someone making it, it could be done for $80.00 or less.
Then you have USB upload, flash 8mb

I know there is a demand for such carts, I did use BJL without you cart solution before (modded OS) inside the jaguar I have a few modded overhere but my experience is that it's much slower then the skunkboard, only can download stuff in main ram and was not always reliable I had a modified bjl load to get it working then at the time op my developers laptop (but that one is dead now).
