Hard to believe this is 20 years ago now. I got this for Dreamcast originally and then when there was debate about it and the PS2 port I had to get that too in order to see if there was a difference (none than I can remember). And of course I couldn't resist getting the HD redux on 360 which adds widescreen support.
One of my favourite games this. It's "just" an on-rails shooter gameplay-wise, but the sights and sounds are what really make it.
Booted up the PS2 port yesterday and played through a couple of levels in score attack mode. What a wonderful game. Not matched never mind bettered.

Cracking game, I can't say my memories are as warm as yours mate..
