I found inlays for some of the CD games at JSII and used them.Â

The first three I found in different places, not JSII, if I'm remembering correctly.Â Soulstar came with that one.Â And American Hero also came with that one.Â

Spike Circus is a homebrew game released by Vectorzoa.Â It was a limited release despite the fact that their web site still lists it as available.Â The developer hasn't replied to emails in a very long time and no one knows what the story is.Â He developed and published three games:Â Logo, Star Sling, and Spike Circus.Â Star Sling can be played for free as the ROM is available to download on the site.Â The other two have not been released.

Why some people do so few copies of their homebrew games for the Vectrex? Wouldn't it be better to have a LE edition and a normal one so everybody could pick them up and play them? :106:

If you look at his website, I don't think he intended to make it a limited release.Â Yes, there's an LE version, but the game was intended to continue selling likely as lose carts.Â Unfortunately, for reasons we don't understand, that did not happen.Â Logo was on Ebay recently from the same person I got Spike Circus.Â

Very nice collection! I especially like the Jaguar collection. Some of those jag games I have never seen before. I really like those end labels. Thanks, glad you like it.Â The Jaguar end labels were available temporarily by someone in Atari Age.Â Since then, he hasn't really been seen again.Â I wish he was still doing them as there ave been new games released that don't have end labels available.Â The Speedster II and Skycopter were sold on Jaguar Sector II, a forum that no longer exists.Â Both are games that were originally made for gaming machines for kids that were available in places like Wal-Mart.Â In fact, there is more of one version of each game because of that, with changes made only to visual aspects of them.

I actually need to update the thread with the new stuff that I've gotten.

You can buy Speedster II and Skycopter from Goat Store, the official distributors. But they are not really worth the price, there is very little to them.

Agreed.Â Hopefully someone else starts making them and in the same quality.Â I wish someone did the same for the 5200.Â Professionally produced end labels for those carts would be fantastic as well.

The same guy that made those end labels also made them for 32X and N64 games and sold them over at Sega-16. Like over at Atari Age, he sold for awhile and then sort of vanished. I hit him up on PM once about a year ago and he told me he no longer had access to the professional vinyl printer he made those on so could not offer them any longer.

Â Love the system!Â The Power Base Mini takes the place of the Power Base Converter.Â It is a cheaper solution to using SMS carts on the Genesis.Â I wanted to get the Power Base Converter but the prices were absurd.Â The converter lets you play card games and 3D games.Â This one doesn't but I'll take the trade off.

I got this on Game Gavel not too long ago.Â I believe a limited number were built but there is nothing on the back of mine that says what number it is.Â It really works pretty well but there are some carts that will not work on it.Â It seems it can't handle some of the carts with special chips.

The mod is quite easy. Nothing else than the extracted pcb from a woodgrain. The original video seen shows a darth vader but i can not believe someone is so boring to cut a piece out of a pcb if you are able to get the right size by using the pcb from another model. But you'll never know. Second step was to built the housing with vacuum method (which is impressive process i may use it for future projects as well). Assemble the pcb and add a display and buttons and at least a battery.

Voila that the whole magic behind. It was done in usa as i know (in europe it would be still not allowed at all due toÂ law and european regulations, specially if you want to sell them.

The whole thing goes in. The plastic case has an opening where the PSP laser reads the UMD. The case is essentially designed to keep the disc safe. Here are some pictures:

These cases can actually be taken apart and you can replace them if they break. You can usually tell someone has done this (Game Stop does this) because the cases they use are completely clear.

Great information and an Outstanding collection, TrekMD! The PSP is becoming my favorite handheld of all time.

You have some great titles. I have looked at several PSP lists but never noticed some of those titles. Pictures really help! :113:

The PSP became my second hand held system and it is definitely a favorite of mine.Â Of course the Lynx remains firmly at position #1.Â

Â I ended up getting the Nintendo DS and GBA later but I'm not as impressed by them; hence, I have a smaller game library for them.Â

Ahh I loved the GBA as it always reminded me of having a Snes in your pocket but allot more, GBA I hold dear to my heart as a lassie console, maybe give it a bigger chance , I'll draft up a list of great and exclusive games you may not of played before

Original Xbox is one awesome system. So many great games. Get Crimson Skies if you don't have it yet.

Many like the smaller controllers, but I love the enormous Dukes for that system. Simply a great controller.

Gamecube is one system I think is highly underrated. If I had to whittle down to one system from that generation, it would be a difficult choice between GCN and Dreamcast.

To start with, you could hunt for copies of Resident Evil, Resident Evil 4, Super Mario Sunshine, Mario Kart: Double Dash, Metroid Prime, Super Smash Bros. Melee, and The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker. Those are some of my favorites on the console and I think they should be in every GameCube owner's library. Some other fun titles include Luigi's Mansion, Super Mario Strikers, Viewtiful Joe, and Eternal Darkness.

Prices on Vectrex units varies but expect to pay up to $150 for a system in good condition.Â Just search calmly for one and you can get a better deal.Â

With that Star Wars trilogy there you forget doing any work for a good couple of hours, completing those, serious classic Star Wars fun met with ridiculous difficulty in places especially empire. But they are fantastic and fully bodied Starwars gaming experience now a distance memory in today's gaming astetics.

The other games are da daly too, Dorke & Ymp is a great little game and one that doesn't get the reconigition great stuff.

Just went through the entire thread to fix the pictures. Some weren't showing because of changes in the forum software. All fixed now. I also updated some pictures fro the Intellvision, 2600 and GameCube collections.

Very cool stuff! Lot of things I've not seen before. Long time since I've played an Abe's Oddworld game. That PS4 controller with keyboard is interesting, and all the Star Wars items great too. Filled with fun.

Thanks! The keyboard is an attachment that works with any PS4 controller. It's good if you do chats so you can just type instead of having to select letters with the virtual keyboard.

Overall the box is smaller than the ones for the consoles but it is still rather large for what it contains. The same is true of the Sega Genesis Portable they have.

It sure is! I was surprised to see the keyboard, lightgun, main computer, and joystick all wrapped in plastic in the foam and all. This was very well maintained by whoever owned it before!

I loved my 130 XE and when I see things like this, it is obvious that there are others who love their systems also. I am not so keen on the condition of those games however but I'm sure they will clean up. Very nice haul!

Whats the crack with the keyboard? Does it have any built in programming language like BASIC or other? I'm guessing its a consolised version of one of the Atari 8bit micros.

The keyboard, if attached, will start the system in "computer" mode with Atari Basic running. If you start it without the keyboard attached, it then acts as a game machine only and Missile Command starts up instead. It's kinda nifty, if you as me. :)

Yes, I was quite surprised to see how small the console is! I'm going to skin it to hide the scratches on the shiny surface. Rygar and Silpheed both have excellent ratings on multiple sites. I'll have to check out GTA Vice City. :)

In case I hadn't commented about your PS2 purchase somewhere else, I'm happy to see that you've acquired a PS2. The Xbox and PS2 consoles are where I think the transition to current-gen was set in motion: Since then, console gaming has sort of been developing along the same lines. If you decide to really dig into the PS2 library, which is immense, I would love to send some recommendations your way. You'd probably do well to pick up the Silent Hill games, especially SH2 and 3, and possibly some Fatal Frame games. I'm just a little late in the year to make the Halloween tie-in, but they're fantastic to play year-round and really set the tone for what the PS2 was capable of in its prime. The PS2 was home to some great RPGs, too. You've got Kingdom Hearts already, but check out Final Fantasy X, Dragon Quest VIII, and games from the Persona, Suikoden, and Xenosaga series.

The PS2 had many successful franchises that spawned several sequels. Jak & Daxter, Ratchet & Clank, Grand Theft Auto, God of War, Metal Gear Solid, Sly Cooper, Onimusha, and Devil May Cry are all important franchises that helped push the PS2 to the forefront. And, last but not least, I don't think I could make a list of PS2 recommendations without mentioning Shadow of the Colossus and Okami, which are purely amazing and need to be played at least once. Both games are routinely mentioned among the best games for the console. Happy collecting!

Thanks Wyldephang. The PS2 has a humongous library not only because of its games but also because it can play PS1 games! I never had either console, so it has been cool to get it now and be able to play games from both systems using the one console. I also like how small the Slim is!

I had that K.C. Munchkin game for the Philips Videopac G7000 (Magnavox Odyssey 2), and I absolutely loved it, because it had a level editor, so you could build the levels yourself. I still remember that with my cousins we built one level where the ghosts couldn't catch you, and we played the level for hours, obviously not dying and making the hugest score in the history of munchkin ;D

If you get a chance to do a little unboxing video. I love the retro throwback on the box art etc. Very very nice-looking. I truly hope they prove all the naysayers wrong and this really does see it's place in the retro gaming scene..but in fairness the price they are asking is a little out of context to what you can get for far less. I know it's a brand name etc..but when other platforms are doing incredible stuff at less money..you know what people are gonna do.

But a great addition to your awesome awesome collection pal 😁

The Stadia is a cool way to play games but you do need a good internet collection. I had not planned on getting it but Google had an offer that let me get it for free, so I figured I'd go for it.
