Love that game, and without bragging here, I’m quite good in the arcade version, I manage to play through around 5 times with one coin. You know what I mean, after the pole vault, it just restarts, but the goals to reach are higher.

Wow, that's great!  I never played the arcade version much but I do have the 2600 version with the controller.

I'm a quite fast button masher ;D

The trick is to use 2 buttons next to each other, map the controls for left/right to them, and use to fingers to smash them alternatingly.
