Title: The Kim 1
Post by: Carlos on July 17, 2014, 20:28:27 PM
Whilst Commodore were a big producer of Calculators, Chuck Peddle made a Kit with the MOS 6502 chip ( the very same one that Futurama's Bender has in his head!)

$245 got you the kit, and they proved very popular as they were cheaper than the Altair.

Was this sold globally or just in Europe?

I think it was just the state, some made it to europe. It's the PETs father.

So Kim was the PET's predecessor?  Cool.
