Surely there is more home conversions of Berzerk than that?  ???

You know, I don't quite know.  I haven't checked but I was indeed surprised to see so few versions.  This may be a cool game to see updated in some fashion.

I couldn't find a video but there is a version called ZX Berserk for the Spectrum released in 1982:

There is also a Public Domain Atari ST version:

There was also a Lynx version which never came out, shame because it could have done the speech perfectly:

A port of Frenzy is also currently in the works by Bob.  There was a port being worked on for the 2600 as well that looked fantastic!

I forgot all about Frenzy. Never played the game.

The Graphics Man was doing an update of Berzerk called Craze for the Jaguar too. It is still listed as an active development on his website but the thread about it on Atari Proppa hasn't been updated in a while. Hopefully it will still get released someday as it seemed to be quite far into production.

I remembered playing a Berzerk style game on the Vic 20 and it took me a while to remember what it was called - anyway after a spot of googling, here it is "AMOK" for the Vic 20

I played a lot of the 2600 version back in the day - was a pretty good attempt.

The version to play now is the new 7800 port that also includes Frenzy!  It is fantastic!

So you picked up a copy? I love Frenzy on Colecovision, and consider it a better game than Berzerk.

Yes I did but I haven't had a chance to play on real hardware yet.  I've played through emulation and it is fantastic.  I can't compare to the Coleco version but I've seen folks say this is better.
