Heads up everyone!

The latest videos are available on the RVG youtube channel now... this is a special two part show by me for RVG... its a top ten list of my personal favourite Master System games.

Please remember this is my personal choice top ten and RVG don't necessarily agree or disagree with my personal opinion lol

enjoy and let me know your thoughts, I've tried to be as fair and unbiased as I could be but at the end of the day it mostly came down to the games I have the fondest memories for.

Good video(s), interesting list 

Haven't played all of them. Sonic 2 can be pretty frustrating, but I like Sonic games. Love the music on Alien 3. Haven't had a serious completion-attempt at it yet though.

Of the ones that I haven't played, Wonderboy is one that I really need to play. Zillion 2 looks cool.

Great list, a lot of good games in there.

I personally wouldn't have Galaxy Force or Space Harrier just because they were done so much better on other platforms and the SMS hardware can't really handle them.

Yeah Laird I kinda agree, but comparing those games to other Master System games purely based on that and the fact that Strider, Golden Axe and Master Of Darkess REALLY frustrate me, like more than Space Harrier, that was the main reason I included those two over other possible candidates... kinda hard to try and take all apsects into account I found lol

glad you like, hope its ok, I must admit I'm not a pro editor and it was damn hard in the end when you think of everything involved, still it was good fun and I'm quite proud of the finished product... hope everyone else is enjoying it so far? I will do some more stuff soon... I'm happy to just upload flat out gameplay for the channel as well, doesn't have to be features with me in them everytime lol 

I got one MS model 1 from a trade and haven´t bought any games yet but it comes with Alex Kidd!

I remember I played a lot of Master of Darkness on a friends house when I was a kid and I loved it. I don´t know if it aged well though.

Great videos and a nice selection of games! Was hoping to see the Flinstones crack the top ten.
Do all Master System model  1's have the built in maze game?

thanks guys! I think it does yes... my I need to check the built in games actually.. I have one SMS MK2 with Sonic 1, my other SMS MK2 has Alex Kidd, and I THINK my MK1 has Hang On and one other game which is a demo, you get told to choose which one you want to play... AND it has the maze I gues... strange huh?

Anyway yeah, sorry I've never played the flintstones game you mention bud

Master Of Darkness was alright but its like Strider and Prince of Persia, playing them today is hard as they are sooo frustrating and have massive difficulty curves, I must've had MAD skills when I was 12 lol

So what top ten are you doing next? 

urm... well I hadn't really thought about it tbh, the last one was a major nightmare to edit and get together, and I don't think I could really do any system justice except maybe the Dreamcast as I have 200 plus of that consoles library, maybe a jag top ten as I have over half the collection? I wouldn't feel right doing SMD or SMCD as I don't have many titles for either, maybe Saturn? but again, I have virtually nothing from its import market

any suggestions or ideas for what you would wanna see yet? I'm happy just uploading some raw footage from a game? I have footage of Laird and I commlynxing from RV which I could upload onto RVG's channel if you guys want (zap?)

You need to get those RV videos up ASAP.

Especially the Blackout video and the one of us playing ComLynx!!!

Great work. DC any stuff like that is always great to add to the main channel. It not only promotes the channel but here long term.
