Title: National Videogame Museum
Post by: TrekMD on April 19, 2016, 01:13:02 AM
This is just awesome to see this has already opened.  I got to see their display at CGE 2 years ago but this is now the real museum properly set up.  The museum is set up in Frisco, Texas (about 30 minutes from Dallas).  I hoping I can visit it at some point, though I hear CGE may be resurrected in this location.  The Gaming Historian has done a video of the museum, which I'm sharing here...

Just saw this, which I thought was a nice read:  How a Private Video Game Collection Turned Into a Museum (//http).

Excellent video. Had no idea DP was anything more than 'another' forum about gaming.
Priceless pieces in those collections.

I semi-recognized the game that was playing at the very end. Recall playing it myself but don't remember what it's called.
Anyone know?

Can see the footage start at 10:25. Looks like an NES game. :D
