Hi guys
A while ago I started a new show as part of my production company Time for Toast Productions called Retro Zone.
This is the show where anything retro gets looked at. Whether that be games, music, movies, board games etc. Anything is possible on this show.
If this sounds like something you are interested in watching then please check out my channel at http://www.youtube.com/ukretrozone (http://www.youtube.com/ukretrozone)
As always if you had any comments or feedback regarding the show please let me know in the comments here or on the videos.
Thanks for taking the time to read this :-)
Thanks for sharing i will take a look.
Cool, I've subscribed. Thanks for letting us know.Â
I've just released a new episode showing when I visited the London Film and Comic Con last month.
This will be my last episode for a little while. I will reveal why in due time :-)

That looks like a great event and the guests that attended were all excellent!
Very Nice Video fella, well covered
Thanks for the comments guys glad you enjoyed the episode :-)
Subbed to the channel mate, hope to see more

You can be blown away here! (//http) by my YouTube channel, lousy plug I know, but I'm a sneak like that lol.
Love the music on your page. I've subscribed to you :-)
Great video, love seeing all the costumes
Thanks everyone for your kind words on my latest video.
The cosplayers do make events like this. The passion and love really comes through
Quote from: "llayboy"Love the music on your page. I've subscribed to you :-)
Glad to liked the sparkly lights and fireworks. The gas thing was my aim to have it as a games review channel to begin with back in the day, and when I discovered nobody was really covering the stuff I actually wanted to see, it evolved into something completely different lol, but I might one day return to doing game reviews, now that I have the setup sorted.
You should I'm finding it really fun and it gives me the chance to work through my collection
Great video fella. Have subscribed using the main RVG channel. Must put more videos on there.
Cool thank you for subscribing :-)
Hi everyone
I've made a facebook page for the show. If you like the show then please give the Facebook page a like too.
To find the Facebook page please go to http://www.facebook.com/ukretrozone (http://www.facebook.com/ukretrozone)
liked and following
Will do this later pal.
Thinking of starting a Patreon page for the show. What does everyone think?
Whats that then?
I didn't know what it was either, so I checked on Wikipedia:Â http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patreon (//http)
Quote from: "llayboy"Thinking of starting a Patreon page for the show. What does everyone think?
In regards to doing something like this, your asking people to invest in your show and I feel with the minimum amount of subscribers, could find yourself with an up hill struggle :43:, You can check out his Patreon page here: http://www.patreon.com/LazyGameReviews (//http) plus he's apart of RetroWare TEAM which I'm sure has reenforced his monthly donations, plus he does great stuff.
You could of course give it a shot, you could be lucky, but I think this service applies to people doing this as a full time living, but you never know, I hate been a party pooper, but just been realistic at a possible waste of time. Sorry fella.

In this episode of Retro Zone I take a look at figures like Monster in my Pocket, M.U.S.C.L.E, Trash Bag Bunch and many more!

With Wrestlemania 31 this Sunday I am joined on the couch by my brother and co-host of my other show Flickchat Gaz Williams. We play a game which holds a lot of nostalgia for us. This is SUPER WRESTLEMANIA
Just had watch, hilarious watching you both, but the Megadrive version? The Snes version was better IMO, but you can't please everyone, maybe you guys should do a sequal with Snes version, you won't regret it.
Kudo on the video Dan

Glad you enjoyed the video, the Mega Drive version was cheaper plus that's what we had growing up. Might get the SNES version at some point.
Want to get the others like Raw, In Your House, Wrestlemania the Arcade Game etc. Thanks again for giving the video a watch

Brilliant video fella, loved it, to see the shock and horror of getting Jack Nicolas Golf NES cart was wonderful, even though you did your best to hide it, we know inside you were sickened
Hahaha aye that was a little disappointing. But as said in the video it was my fault as I should have put in the notes that I didn't want sports games.
Check out the channel and subbed :)
Thanks for checking out the channel really appreciate it :-)

In this episode I chat to the man behind the cover art for games like Ant Attack, Chess Master and James Pond 2. He is also the man who was responsible for all the art in the TV show Knightmare. If you haven't guessed today I am chatting with David Rowe.
David has released a book with an amazing selection of artwork from Knightmare. This includes early sketches and background art from the show. If you would like to get a copy of the book then go to http://www.davidrowe.net (http://www.davidrowe.net)
Watched this last night, an excellent interview Dan, loved the way you asked the questions not been behind a webcam yourself, it's extra efforts like this that make your video really excellent, great work fella
Thanks for watching the video and I'm glad you enjoyed it. Gonna be taking a break from the show soon as I've not had time off from YouTube in 3 years
Fantastic video fella.. Like GF said, the fact you do a little extra makes your videos that much better.
Glad you all have enjoyed the video. Filming the next episode this weekend and hopefully gonna release it next week.
I just watched this. Very nice interview. I'm with GF, I like how you had it set up for when you asked questions.Â
Thank you guys, really appreciate all the kind words about my videos. Hope you guys enjoy the next video I release.
Just to let you know my channel has hit the 100 subs mark. So to celebrate I would like to release a special video to mark the occasion. So I am turning it over to you guys to decide what type of video you would like to see.

Wow double video bonus within a week, will check it out later on Dan.
I am now having a little break from YouTube. Haven't taken a break in about 3 years so I'm just taking time out to recharge.
Yes, sometimes you need a break to come back invigorated.
Also it's going to give me time to actually play some games haha
Quote from: "llayboy"Also it's going to give me time to actually play some games haha
That's always good!Â

Thinking of starting a Twitch stream for Retro Zone where people can watch me play some Retro games! However I don't want to start streaming if it's something people aren't interested in.
So if you would like to see live streaming. Give the Twitch channel a follow and once it hits 20 followers, I'll start streaming.
Good luck pal.

Hi guys
I wondered if you would mind checking out this trailer I made over the weekend with my mate. We love 80s VHS movies and their trailers. So we decided to tip our hat to them by making this video.
Let me know what you think

That was funny! LOL Nicely done. Some gun there to make a car blow up! LOL Love the VHS effects.Â
Thanks everyone for checking this out. It started out as a joke in the car one evening.
Then a script was put together, then we were up at 5am on Saturday shooting it.

I got the chance to check out an early screening of Pixels. So I thought I would share my opinion of the film. Is it a High Score or is it Game Over?
I haven't watched this movie yet. I plan to watch it this weekend mostly to see the video game SFX. No expections from the story.
Will have a look this weekend as I'm planning on seeing it next week with my youngest. Although I'm not expect t any form of killer app as I know it's very poor story, I'm I it for the graphics and homages to the classics.
