Trek, of course it's Rajesh Kuthrapali
But seriously, Michio Kaku is the one that really soared my interests in it, even though he's a theoretical physicist, but as for those who appear on TV, probably Neil Tyson DeGrasse. In general though, Brahe and Newton are 2 of my absolute favorites, with DeGrasse and Sagan in the more modern times.

I've gotten them all DVR'd so far, and watch them often. I wish it would continue on longer than 13 episodes, but I get why he's sticking to that number.
