Iron Soldier is one I like. Instead of robots, I think of a soldier armed in a metal suit a la Iron Man.

Super Street Fighter II Turbo. Ridiculous milking by Capcom but the ridiculous name is one that I really like. Saying that, adding the word 'Turbo' to anything seems to make it sound better in my book.
