Sega Ages - Galaxy Force II (Japan)
I searched for Action Replay codes for this game but none are available that I could find so I just now hacked Infinite Health and added it into Mednafen to finally see the rest of the game!
I use this in the Mednafen emulator. Not sure there's a Master Code for this game that works to try it on an Action Replay cart on real hardware.
360B475A 1999
The last four numbers, 1999, were random and equal 6,653 health. The game starts you with 1200 health so this really cranks it up and since it's a RAM value it freezes and doesn't change no matter how much damage you take 8)
This is the only place on the internet this new code is available. Hopefully after the spider bots pick this up it'll become searchable from Google.
These RAM address hacks are for Duke Nukem 3D on Saturn in Mednafen emulator. Can copy/paste the contents into ss.cht file in the emulator to use them:

Infinite Health doesn't work for splash damage from the RPG launcher. That'll kill you instantly no matter what. I verified this by spamming the fire button in close quarters ;D
Also have 2 ROM patches that make it so much easier to input the button sequences for the in-game cheats:
Pause the game to turn God Mode on/off by pressing only X
