Thanks for posting the article, I always like to read interesting stuff like this. As being a kid at the time I did used to spend more time playing them than learning every little detail. But now I am older, I enjoy learning as much as I can about them.

Hi, I thought I would announce myself here. My name is Anthony and I am from Wales, UK. I am a big gamer and love all retro formats ranging from the 8-bit all the way up to 16-bit and beyond. I own various systems, including Neo Geo, Famicom, Amiga, Snes, Nes, C64, Mega Drive, etc. Also I run a website covering gaming, but it is mostly modern console stuff.

I am looking forward to participate in this great looking community and am looking forward to contributing to the site and getting to know fellow retro gamers. Anyway thanks for reading and look forward to my time here.
