Modified Mega Drive controller for Atari ST

Like the one I did for the Amiga, I wired C to jump like a proper controller. But I'd left up as jump as well for flying sections/climbing ladders...that sort of thing. This got annoying however as during normal platforming I'd occassionally jump by accident. So I added a switch (top-left corner) which is for connecting/disconnecting UP on the d-pad.
