Been so ill today that I have been on the sofa with my duvet playing on the DS. I played loads of games but I found 2 new favourites: Hover Force is a highly ambitious title that actually works incredibly well and On Thin Ice has to be my favourite Intellivision game so far!

Is that a play on my name? lol

Yes. Thin Ice is a favorite of mine. Okay Loco-Motion ranks high also only because I do not have Happy Trails.

Hope you star to feel better Laird!!! Glad you like the Intellivsion.

I've been playing Robotron a few times per day this week. My multi-Williams arcade PCB saves high scores and I'm trying to break 1 million on the high score table. My best so far this week is ~800k. Maybe this weekend...

I recently finished a game called Wonder Project J, a game that only saw release on the Super Famicom. I've been playing it with a translation patch over the course of a few weeks with some friends of mine, and I've finally finished it. It's an interesting game, where you basically try to have this robot boy accomplish various tasks. You don't directly control him, though, just the cursor that points his attention towards various things in the environment. You have to build up his stats like his attack, intelligence, and sensitivity, and make sure he knows how to use certain objects properly. So he won't, say, eat the very expensive book you just bought for him.

I've been playing Tetris on my GB Pocket tonight! For me this game remains the pinnacle of the Tetrisverse.

I also fired up R-Type on the same console. I'd forgotten how impressive it is, although I didn't get far due to me being utterly inept at flying the Arrowhead!

I've also looked out a few other GB carts and I'm thinking of revisiting either Link to the Past or Pokemon Red.  Hmmmm...

I spent the better part of the day playing my 3DO. Lucienne's Quest, Road Rash, and Killing Time to name a few. I was supposed to be trying out all my new Lynx games but recently rediscovered how much I love that 3DO and can't stop playing it  :D I did take a break to try one Lynx game, Todd's Adventures In Slime World. Cool game, I really like the little story they have for each mission. I'll be playing it some more tomorrow for sure.

I was feeling terrible today so decieded to play some Mega Drive games that I haven't played for ages:

Super Smash TV - Control system is not ideal but still a good game.
Super Hang-on - Had to play this after watching the Let's Compare video the other day, excellent game!
Columns - Classic puzzler, never get bored of this game.
Pit-Fighter - Still one of my favourite games ever, completed it pretty easily though!
Arrow Flash - I can't remember ever playing this, it's a pretty decent shooter with some nice graphical effects.

Completed Spider-Man: Web of Fire (32x) - don't play this game  :P

You mean it's not worth the outrageous amount of money it goes for on ebay? LOL
