That Divekick is a PS3/Vita title but looks more like an April fool.

The dino footage is interesting but nothing more. Blacklight looks like it was shat out in ten mins at an FPS meeting.

Someone should report Sony to PETA for the treatment of that T-Rex. :68:

Blacklight is just a F2P FPS that's been out on PC for around a year now.Sad that the industry see's shit like this as the way forward for gaming.

Lwawks, that was awful, camera ruined game-1 of the many 'Only On Xbox' games that fell wayy short (Brute Force, Blinx etc).

Early days but other than even better looking cars (which i'd expect on newer hardware), i'm struggling to see just what Club drive is bringing to an all ready over crowded table in this genre.

Is this the Club Drive you're talking about?  :21:

Have you play Forza Horizon? It looks like that. Driving in clubs online with stunning vistas, superb handling and great team gameplay.

Forza Horizon is the best racer in the last 6 years.

you've just given an example of the very thing i'm talking about-It's going to be Sony's Forza, but running on PS4, Forza was MS's version of Gran Turismo on Xbox in the early days, which has now morphed into Horizon.

So again i ask, what's Club Drive bringing the over crowded table of racing games? what's being done that only next-gen makes possible? If 360 is doing Forza Horizon now and it's maxing out the hardware, should next gen developers not be aiming for something more than a this gen game, but running on a next gen game engine?.

Where's the innovation from developers these days? new Killzone, looks superb as i'd expect but it's generic FPS fare.Sony+Ms are going to have to do a damn sight better than offer up this gen games, but better looking, to get a sale.

Forza Horizon isn't doing it now though. It was just the tip of the iceberg. It lacked the best of online multiplayer but it had some good stuff.

Horizon allowed you to explore the whole map and complete goals together in a club online. However there was no traffic because the hardware couldn't do this.

For me, the next generation of racing game would be set on a huge map where you can log on and play with other people racing on the same server. It would be awesome if multiple people were having 1v1 races and the road would join to another pair having a race which would cause all kinds of carnage for both sets.

Also it would be cool if you could complete single player mission in a sort of co op mode. Say two players could be in the same map playing single player but again the chance of meeting up would make it exciting.

The driving genre has so much to offer. Most of it online to be fair but damn I want it and I have wanted these things for over 10 years.
