Outstanding resume there! Opened the link to see more and never knew about Gryzor. Had to do a double take because of the Contra look. I don't really have any questions to add but wanted to show gratitude for the enlightenment :)

A few to kick off.

Thanks for taking the time to talk with us, can you tell us how your career in the games industry started, how did you land your first big job?

What was it like working at Ocean and Imagine software houses?

Are you a retro gamer yourself?  Do you still have any systems?

What software tools did you use to create your game graphics and did you create any tools to help you?

Of all the games you were involved in which was the hardest to create imagery for and why?

Looking back at your career, what would you change if you had a time machine and why?

Did you ever do any work for the Konix Multisystem?

Which one of your compositions did you feel captured the essence of the game it was designed for the best?

What's your favourite, C64 or Spectrum and why?

What's your favourite, Amiga or ST and why?

Who is your most favourite designer?

What are you doing these days?

Some are redundant, I know. 8)

1. I read that during the late '80's and early '90's you were producing box arts quickly, (usually having little info to work with.) Was this due to pressure/demand from game companies and competition or just your normal work pace?
2. Did you do any art for Marvel games after leaving Ocean in 1995?
3. How does it feel to be known as an industry legend?
4. Who, if anyone, is an industry Legend to you (or possibly someone you may have drawn inspiration from?)
5. What do you miss the most about the industry you were once part of?
6. Which game/title had your favorite artwork?
7. If you had a choice, who in the industry back then would you have liked to team up with in creating original box art?
8. Do you have any unreleased art or sketches that you might like to share with the community?
9. What was the greatest moment/achievement in your working life?
10. Do you have any regrets about art you have worked on or is there anything you would like to have done differently?
11. How do you feel about how the technology has changed for creating art in the industry now compared to the early days?
12. Are you a retro gamer yourself? Do you still have any systems?
13. Do you attend retro gaming shows? If so, could you share which ones?
14. Thank you very much for taking the time to be interviewed! One last inquiry about your years freelancing at Ocean. Do you still maintain relationships with friends or contacts from that time period? If so, how often do you all get together or discuss ideas and things from back in the day?
