I watched Goon the other night too and enjoyed it.I've also got arietty but not got round to watching it yet.
I did watch Tower hiest last night with ben stiller and eddie murphy in it.
It was a pretty good film but not so much a comedy you'd expect from ben stiller

Last night I watched Real Steel starring Hugh Jackman, it's basically Rocky with robots. I wasn't expecting much but its actually really good and the fact the super fine Evangeline Lilly is in it too made it even more watchable.

Last night I watched a film called The Crazies

Quote
The Crazies is a 2010 American horror film directed by Breck Eisner. Written by Scott Kosar and Ray Wright, the film is a remake of the 1973 film of the same name by George A. Romero, who is also the executive producer and co-writer of the remake.

The Crazies stars Timothy Olyphant and Radha Mitchell. The film takes place in the fictional town of Ogden Marsh, Pierce County, Iowa, "friendliest place on Earth," whose town water supply is accidentally infected with the "Trixie" virus. After an incubation period of 48 hours, this virus gradually transforms the mental state of the infected into that of cold, calculating, depraved, bloodthirsty killers, who then prey on family and neighbors alike.

It was pretty good actually and had a nice twist at the end too.

I saw the Crazies a while back and i thought it was pretty good, one of the very few horror remakes that is actually better than the original

I've got the crazies in the house but aint watched it yet. I must get round to it soon though as its certainly my cup of tea.

I watched inglorius basterds a couple of days back and I thought it was fabulous.

I've also recently watched Evidence, another found footage horror film. It was fairly watchable I suppose, and featured a sexy blonde of whom you would have to burn me off her. The film went a bit mad towards the end and in all honesty i'm not all that sure what the film was about.

I've also watched the remake of Black Christmas(yes i'm a horror fan) and it has to be one of the worst films i've seen in a long time. Absolutely atrocious it was, jumping all over the place. On its side though is a total wet dream of a cast, with ruby1 from supernatural, dawn from buffy, the wee lassie(grown up and super yummy)from party of 5 and the incredibly beautiful mary elizabeth winstead. Rubbish film though.

This is actually a film I watched a few weeks ago but I just have to recommend it because it was so good:

It's a brilliant thriller set in some stunning countryside in the Scottish highlands and keeps you guessing through most of the film. Stunning finale to it also after the serene countryside of the main part of the film.

I watched this last night and it wasn't bad. The title is a bit stupid and there are parts of the story that don't really make sense but its decent enough for a straight to DVD release.
