Four-King Hell! We're back in Dark Souls collecting the final lord soul

Tonight has a possible nominee for most embarrassing death of the whole series.

Hey guys, I've been ill for about a week now and wasn't able to record. I had some videos backlogged so that's why I haven't been totally AWOL but I ran out a couple of days ago, Anyway, my illness is gone now and I'm really happy to put out some fresh FF7 for you!

Tonight we pick up a great new member of the team, bump into Sephiroth again, and fight TWO bosses!

Nice one Shadow. I've been pretty ill the last few days and last night I had to go to A&E and it turns out I have a bowel obstruction.

I've been in too much pain to record anything so tonight I'm having to upload one I had already done in advance that was supposed to be for a few day's time. Long story short, it's Dark Souls again 2 nights in a row.

This time we get lost in Lost Izalith

Tonight's episode is home to the most emotional scene I've ever seen in a game. Even to this day it still gets me.

If you've been following the series, you don't wanna miss this episode

We're taking a trip back to Red XIII's hometown, which is home to one of the best pieces of music in a video game ever, and learning all about how the planet in FF7 works.

Don't miss it!

Thanks guys, I didn't think anyone would even notice I was gone! Nice to see you keeping up with the Dark Souls Shadow... I feel like I'm getting there some days, then others I feel like I'm back to being useless.

====================================

It's FORTNITE time again tonight. Get ready for a montage of misery.

Today I just seemed to totally lose the ability to do anything. I promise to do better next time... not like it'll be hard!

Omg, I've just found out this forum is still up and running. I know that sounds mad but I had a page bookmarked and it kept 404'ing me and for some reason I didn't think to search around a bit for a different part of the site.

I've done all sorts since I last posted! Still been uploading daily without fail and the channel is gathering some momentum now. Near the end of October I did a Halloween series going through the 'history of horror games', 1 new game per day for 7 days, incase you wanna check any we did...

NES - Fester's Quest
SNES - Zombies Ate My Neighbors
PS1 - Clock Tower
Gamecube - Resident Evil (remake)
Xbox 360 - Deadspace
PC - Alien:Isolation
Xbox One - Outlast 2

Since then we've finished Little Big Adventure, I've been ploughing through Dark Souls, (up to episode 22 now!) I started playing my favourite game of all time, FF7 (we're up to episode 11 of that) and I recently started playing Fortnite too.

You're not doing too bad, but there's two tips I have that should help. On the equipment screen you can change which items are in your quick slots. Put your estus in one slot and you don't have to keep opening your inventory to use it. For the spear guys, just kick them. They will stagger and drop their shield and be open for a hit.

Cool to see you figured out how to get the boar to kill itself in the fire. There's a lot of ways to cheese the game like that which can really help!

Cheers for the tips Shadow, I've got the Estus on my quick select now which helps.

I recorded 2 more episodes today and god I love this game! I honestly can't remember the last time I've played a game for the first time and enjoyed it this much where I just don't wanna stop playing it. Might have to go back as far as Oblivion when I had that feeling.

I won't spoiler the episodes too much, but they went pretty well, it was nice to make some solid progress and not be stuck on something for ages and I managed to take down another boss. Can't wait to play some more.
