Yes, that is what is seems to be.  Interesting concept because you keep the games.  They have for 20 systems now, so you can definitely get plenty of games this way.

It is a nice idea but not really for me. I was a member of a similar service a couple years ago and it was nice to get random games every month but I just didn't think it was worth the cost.

For this one if you live in the US it might be a good deal but for me the cheapest option is $50 a month for 3 games shipped, which is pretty expensive for what would most likely be very common games.

I have a pretty large collection, so it is unlikely this would work for me.  I'd likely end up with many duplicates.
