This is about as rare as you can get, as you can tell by the ridiculous sell price!

Be surprised if it doesnt get pulled from EB. Your generally not allowed to sell stuff like this because you dont actually own it as such.
(I do know someone with a Wii Dev Kit  - suspect Ninty be all over that if it popped up on flea bay )

Yeah for something like this I don't think anyone would try to stop it. 3DO sold the rights to Panasonic who ended up putting the tech in vending machines and kiosks instead of releasing the console. Unfortunate but with the runaway success of the PS1 they probably made the right decision.
