Lemmings - loads of formats but, the Amiga was pretty good.  Don't forget that there was multiplayer as well.

Twintris - A two players version of Tetris on the Amiga.

Klax - Amiga.

The Power - Amiga.

Off the top of my head:

Super Puzzle Fighter 2: HD Remix (I specify this as it introduced pressing up for insta-drop, which the original doesn't have)
Tetris: The Grand Master
Puzzle Bobble 4
Tetris Attack
Dr. Mario
Wetrix
Puzzle Link
Panic Bomber
Baku Baku Animal
Kirby's Star Stacker
Zoo Keeper
Puzzle Uo Poko
Cleopatra Fortune

Time to revive this thread.  A puzzle game that has become a favorite of mine is Match 5 for the Intellivision.  Truly a fun game!

Flowers Mania looks like a slightly more limited Puyo Puyo game (can't stack the falling flowers, only swap them).  Looks quite cool though, definitely looks challenging.

I am a big fan of Loopz, especially the Lynx version:

Atari Lynx Loopz (Prototype) (1992) (Handmade Software).avi

There is also an excellent NES version too:

The original versions appeared on the home computers:

ATARI ST LOOPZ

TrekMD

Another enjoyable puzzler!  I didn't realize there was a NES version for it as well.  I was aware of the Lynx version (I own it) and knew of the ST version.
