The Lynx version is excellent, the 7800 version is the best IMO though.

I also have the very good 2600 version and superb CD-i version which sadly isn't featured in this video. I used to have the Game Gear version too but didn't like the scrolling maze.

I don't think I have played a bad version of Ms. Pac-Man ever.  And the original 2600 version has been hacked to look even better by giving it a black background and pellets that are properly colored to match the arcade.  :)

Sega Master version really looks like time and effort was taken in developing the game.
