Hmm, I had never heard of these cards before. Not really something I'd be into but they already passed the goal so good for them.

LOL  Sega Saturn is the only retro console I didn't own that I still really wanted so when I saw this bundle for a pretty good price I couldn't resist.

I did a little shopping this weekend. ;D

I've always wanted a Saturn so I'm very excited! Can't wait for it to arrive. :)

Yeah that's an option. I'll have to look around and see what they go for.

I could, but I'd really like to play it on original hardware. :)

Nice to see Earthworm Jim making a comeback and it's a good exclusive for the new Intellivision.

However, bringing back the whole original team isn't a very good idea IMO. One of the main people behind the original game is a man by the name of Doug TenNapel. If you don't know who that is just google him, but basically he's very anti LGBTQ and has said some pretty bad stuff over the years.  Not a good look having him involved.

It does look good. I don't have any way to download this but if they released a physical cart I'd definitely pick it up. I haven't turned on my XE in a long time!

It is very impressive. Unfortunately Nintendo found out and had it taken down.

Retro News & Chat / Custom Rage 2 Dreamcast
« on: May 01, 2019, 18:56:31 PM »
Well this has to be one of the strangest marketing ideas ever, but very cool! Bethesda is giving away a custom Dreamcast with a PC built into it that you can play their new game Rage 2 with. Wasn't really sure where to post this as it's a retro console with a modern PC in it but I figured it would get more attention in the retro section.

To enter the competition just follow the directions in this tweet. https://twitter.com/RAGEgame/status/1123615561462632449
Sorry to the people from the UK and Europe, it's only open to residents of the US and Canada.

They also posted this picture to show that it's legit.

It does have WiFi built in so that you can upload high scores, so they could add more games down the road if they wanted. Even if they don't I'm sure someone will hack it.

Lol. I think this is one of those "Capcom'' moments to which they think it is a " They will come" idea

Yeah, it's not like they haven't done this before. Remember the SFII SNES carts they were selling for $100 last year? Compared to that this is a bargain, 16 games for $280 lol.
