Title: The Commodore 64GS

The C64GS was not Commodore's first gaming system based on the C64 hardware. However, unlike the 1982 MAX Machine (a game-oriented computer based on a very cut-down version of the same hardware family), the C64GS was internally very similar to the "proper" C64 with which it was compatible.

Anyone here own one?

No, i remember at the time, how out of date the hardware was (xmas 1990) and knew it would end badly! The fact it was just C64 games on expensive cartridges...nobody was fooled!
They go for stupid money on ebay nowadays.

I played one a few years ago and the one game that stuck out in my mind was Double Dragon. It was awful.
