[size=140]Over the years many Sega fans have dreamed of a version of Super Smash Brothers for their own machines, one featuring iconic Sega characters like Opa-Opa, Sonic, Wonder Boy, Alex Kidd and Joe Musashi. Well now your dreams have come true thanks to the homebrew coding skills of Bonaf, a member of the Sega 8-bit Forum (//http). He chose to use the power of the Mega Drive to make the game thanks to its easy to use BASIC compiler BasiEgaXorz, but it features characters from all the best Master System games. [/size]

[size=140]At the moment the game only has a few characters but it is still being worked on and the programmer plans to add many more into the mix as well as a story mode and single player missions. A demo of the game has been made available to to use with real hardware (via a flash cartridge) or your favourite emulator. This is made using the same BASIC compiler dra600n is making tutorials for. Proof that mere mortals can make MD games!

Looks like this may see a release in cart. Someone's working on what would be box art so we'll have to see.
